All shipping is done through Canada Post, using Expedited, Xpresspost, or Priority shipping. Below are guidelines on the pricing and estimated shipping times for your order.

International Shipping

Shipping will be calculated dynamically at checkout. Provided rates and times may be subject to change.
Note that there may be additional duties and taxes charged by your government at the time of importing that you will be asked to pay before you can receive your shipment. Please consult your local government for more information about duties and taxes.

Our delivery fees include the cost of shipping & handling, and applicable taxes for domestic shipments within Canada. Unfortunately it’s beyond our control what duties or taxes may be levied on your shipment when it crosses international boundaries. All shipments will be sent with tracking and insurance for the full value of your items to ensure a worry-free delivery. Orders under $5000 are shipped using Canada Post. Orders over $5000 will be shipped using FedEx.

You will receive a tracking number and a link to the tracking information with the shipping carrier in your email when we send your shipment confirmation update. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.

Most items will be ready within 3 business days. Some items in our catalogue are made to order, and will take longer to prepare and ship to you. We will contact you with the estimated completion & dispatch date after you place your order.
