We strive to ensure that every purchase is to the highest standards of quality and ethics. If you would like to continue with a return, please read the following.
Please contact us immediately if you have concerns or issues with your purchase. Requests for a return or exchange must be received within 15 days of receipt, and the return completed within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be in new, unused condition and with their original labels and packaging. Return requests after the 15 day window will be accepted at our sole discretion. Any accepted return outside the 15 day window will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Purchases over $2,500 CAD will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
If the package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the package before opening it. We ship all parcels with tracking and insurance to protect against any issues that may happen during shipping.
Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind, will be returned at the customer’s expense. If the product is being returned as a shipment, the shipment must be fully insured for the total value of the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, and will not accept COD shipments.
Custom & certain made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
For the purposes of illustration this includes, but is not limited to, engraved items or items with custom stone settings.
Sale or discontinued items are final sale. These items should be clearly noted as such at the time of purchase. Bundled items are eligible so long as the entire bundle is otherwise eligible and returned.
Earrings and other piercings are unable to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
If you purchased one of our products through another website or vendor, you must go through that website or vendor for your return. We do not support third party returns through our website.
Refunds will be paid out to the card that was used for the original purchase.
The refund will be executed in 3 to 10 days after our receipt of the product upon approval. This time will be used for inspection, verification, and processing. Please note that your credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund and release your funds to you.
If the products are not found to be in their original condition, or otherwise fail our reasonable review and appraisal, we will decline the return and may return the product to you at your discretion and expense.
Defects with your product will be dealt with as an exchange for the same product. For exchanges with a different product, please submit a regular return and complete a new purchase for the alternate product.
To avoid potential sizing issues, please consider purchasing a ring sizer. These are inexpensive, easy to use, durable, and fit any finger from size 1 to size 17. They can be received via letter mail.
Rings without customizations can be exchanged for one of one of another size through our return policy. Additional fees may be incurred directly related to exchanging the ring for one of another size. Exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues with custom rings, so please ensure you have the correct size before ordering.
If the ring you receive is not the size you ordered, even if it is customized, please contact us immediately so we can take all corrective actions required to remedy the issue.
Please note we do not currently offer ring resizing as a service.
Many of our items are made to order. We cannot accept cancellations after we have committed time and materials to a piece and work has begun.
No cancellations will be accepted on any product after it has shipped.

When your purchase arrives, please keep all packaging and labels.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging in their original condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please collect your order number and the list of items you would like to return. When you are ready, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone us at 1-604-558-2599. This will open a request and allow us to track your return.
Returns should be shipped to the address below. Please insure the package, as we are not responsible for products that are damaged in transit to us. NOTE: While we do accept returns in-store, please initiate the request online for the best experience.
