All permanent bracelets come with a 1 Year Limited Repair Warranty and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the custom nature of our Permanent Bracelets, these items are final sale.
When you are ready to book your appointment, we ask for a deposit to secure the timeslot. The appointment is set aside just for you. Because of this, we ask that you please tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. The deposit becomes non-refundable 24 hours before the appointment time.
